All training will be provided in both a self-learn online format and via monthly live zoom calls with Beth and the guest experts.

This is to allow you to progress through the training at your own pace and repeat as many times as you would like.

All live training will also be provided in replay format for you through your dashboard as well as available via your private podcast feed so you can listen back wherever you are.

Please note: Bronze provides access to recorded content only, upgrade to Silver or Gold for access for all live training. The Private podcast feed is only available for Gold Members.

Masterminding will be done through Zoom and links to the events will be posted on Facebook prior to taking place. They will also be visible in your email invitations. All replays will also be made available to you through your dashboard.

Everyone who attends and has a question will be given a 15-minute slot on a first come, first served basis and questions will be answered and worked through during the sessions together, using the power of multiple minds.

There is no such thing as an overnight success and the Visualise and Thrive Framework provides a balance of both structure and flexibility.
